The HOP-UP Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to develop activities and programs to connect and support older adults and their allies to facilitate health, independence, and success of older adults
Guiding Principles
- All older adults have the right to live independently
- Families and allies of older adults have the right to help define solutions to problems that may restrict being able to live independently.
- Older adult independence is the responsibility of all community members and local Organizations.
